Step 1. Download the latest Android 4.3 OTA files from the below mention links for your android smartphone.

The recovery-flashable OTA zip file: For Galaxy S4 | For HTC One

Save the download file son your desktop to start the update process.

Step 2. Now connect your device with the computer via USB cable and paste the above mention downloaded file son your device. Make sure not to put it inside any sub-folder.
