Step 1. Download the appropriate firmware for your device from the given links and extract the folder on your desktop.

Step 2. Download the ODIN flash tool from here and extract the folder on your desktop. You have to use this application to flash the firmware on your Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (SM-T211).
Step 3. Turn off your Galaxy Tab and wait for 5 to 6 seconds. Now boot your tab in Download mode. To do this press and hold down the Volume Down and Home buttons while pressing the Power button. When the screen flash two time, leave Power button but hold other two and soon a warning screen will come up; press Volume Up button to enter Download Mode.
Step 4. Now your Tab is in Download mode and you ready to update your tab with official firmware. Connect your tab to computer with USB cable and run the ODIN application on your desktop. Now you should see the blue sign in Odin screen, that means your phone is connected successfully and ready to update.
Step 5. Once the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (SM-T211) is connected with the ODIN application, do the following: (Do this very carefully otherwise you brick your device)
Select these files from the extracted firmware package(Step 1);
a- Select the PDA checkbox, and click the ‘.tar.md5? file
b- Tap the Phone checkbox, and select the file named ‘modem’ (ignore if such file is not found)
c- Choose the CSC checkbox, and click the file named ‘CSC’ (ignore if there is no such file)
d- Click the PIT checkbox, and choose the ‘.pit’ file (ignore if the file is missing)
[Note: Ignore the last three steps (b, c and d) if such files are not found.]
Next, ensure that the check boxes “Auto Reboot”, “F. Reset Time” and “PDA” are the only check boxes checked and the rest are not. And Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked on the ODIN application.
Step 6. Recheck all the settings again and after that Click on the Start button to start firmware update process.
Step 7. Once the update process finished on your device you will see the “PASS” message on your ODIN app screen and this time your device will be reboot.
Now unplug your tab from your pc and your Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 (SM-T211) should now run on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean build XXAMGI. In case at the time of restart your device stuck on Android loop or stuck on Android boot screen, then follow this guide to come out of Android loop.
