Step 1. Download the leaked Android 4.3 Test Firmware N7100XXUEMI6 for Note II here (Password: wagnervaz) and extract the folder on your desktop.
Step 2. To flash the firmware on your device, download the ODIN flash tool on your desktop and extract the folder.

d- Click the PIT checkbox, and choose the ‘.pit’ file (ignore if the file is missing)
[Note: Ignore the last three steps (b, c and d) if such files are not found.]
Next, ensure that the check boxes “Auto Reboot”, “F. Reset Time” and “PDA” are the only check boxes checked and the rest are not. And Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked on the ODIN application
Step 7. Click start button from the ODIN application screen to start the update process, sit back and wait a few minutes.
Step 8. Once the update process is finished on your device you will see the PASS message on your ODIN app screen.
