PRE-REQUISITES AND REQUIREMENTS

1. BACKUP YOUR ANDROID DATA

2. INSTALL ONEPLUS DRIVERS
First you need to Setup ADB and Fastboot Drivers on windows PC. This will help you to sendbasic linux commands, and a variety Android specific commands from PC to connected Android devices.
Now you need to install the USB drivers to connect your device with the computer to follow this guide. Without these USB drivers you can’t connect your device to the PC, first download and install these drivers on your system.
3. ENABLE USB DEBUGGING MODE
Now you need to enable USB debugging mode. Without enabling USB debugging mode on your device you can’t start the root, Custom ROM or Unlock process.
4. CHARGE YOUR ANDROID
If your device switched off during this process, it could damage or brick the device. Make sure that your Android battery is full charge or near about 50-70% battery level.

How to Unlock Bootloader of OnePlus 3
Step 1. Download and Install the ADB Drivers and Files from the above mention link “SETUP ADB & FASTBOOT DRIVERS ON PC”
Step 2. After installation of the driver, you can see a folder named ADB in your System C Drive (C:/ADB)
Step 3. Enable USB debugging mode and OEM Unlock option from setting>developer option. To enable Developer Options, go to About phone and tap the Build Number 7 times.
Step 4. Connect your Phone to the PC with USB cable.
Step 5. Now open the ADB folder and press and hold ‘shift’ key and right-clicked anywhere in the folder and select ‘Open command window here’.
Step 6. Now you will see the Command Prompt window on your desktop screen. Enter the following command to boot your Oneplus 3 in Fastboot mode:-
adb reboot bootloader
Step 7. Now your Oneplus 3 Will boot in Fastboot mode. Now to unlock bootloader of Oneplus 3, go to the command line and type below command. It will only take seconds to complete the process.
fastboot oem unlock
Step 8. This will unlock bootloader of Oneplus 3 and phone will reboot normally after it has unlocked the bootloader.
Step 9. To check if your device is successfully unlocked, use Step 6 to boot into fastboot mode and issue the following command:
fastboot oem device-info
Unlocked Bootloader will yield the following output:
(bootloader) Device unlocked: true
