1. BACKUP YOUR ANDROID DATA

2. INSTALL SAMSUNG GALAXY DRIVERS
You need these drivers to connect your device with the computer to follow this guide. Without these USB drivers you can’t connect your device to the PC, first download and install these drivers on your system.
3. ENABLE USB DEBUGGING MODE
Now you need to enable USB debugging mode. Without enabling USB debugging mode on your device you can’t start the root, Custom ROM or Unlock process.
4. CHARGE YOU ANDROID
If your device switched off during this process, it could damage or brick the device. Make sure that your Android battery is full charge or near about 50-70% battery level.

HOW TO ROOT GALAXY S6 AND S6 EDGE
Step 1. Download Chainfire Auto Root for your model
Step 2. Once the file is downloaded, extract the folder on your desktop. And you will see these file in the rooting folder.
Step 3. Now run the ODIN.exe file on your windows desktop.
Step 4. Boot your Galaxy S6 into Download Mode. To do this Power off your phone first and Press and hold these 3 buttons together until you see Warning! screen: Volume Down + Power + Home.
Press Volume Up now to continue to Download Mode.
Step 5. Now you phone is in Download mode. Connect your to the PC with USB cable.
Step 6. Odin window will show an Added!! message in bottom left box. Odin’s screen would look like this:
Step 7. Now click on the PDA button on Odin and select the CF-Auto-Root-zerofltetmo-zerofltetmo-smg920t.tar.md5 file (The same file that you extracted in Step 2).
Step 8. Make sure that Re-Partition box is unchecked. (Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time boxes remain checked, while all other boxes remain unchecked.)
Step 9. Now click on the Start button to start the rooting process on Galaxy.
Step 10. Once completed you will see the RESET or PASS message on the ODIN screen. Now your phone will reboot into recovery and root your Galaxy S6 and again restart automatically.
That’s all. Now your T-Mobile Galaxy S6 and S6 edge phone is rooted.
