Step 1. Download the CF Auto Root for your Nexus 5 Google Phone and extract the folder on your desktop. In the folder your will see these files and folder image (folder), tools (folder), root-linux.sh, root-mac.sh and root-windows.bat.
Step 2. Now Switch of your Nexus 5 and wait for few seconds. Boot your device into fastboot mode (power off, then VolUp + VolDown + Power)
