WARNINGS: This is a PRE-RELEASE firmware, Its same like the Official version but for testing purpose and it DOESN’T increase the binary counter nor changes the system state. Follow this guide at your own risk. won’t be responsible in case your device gets damaged in any other way during the process.

But before following this tutorial download the below mention files on your desktop and install it on your PC to follow the below guide and also enable some setting on your device.

a) Take the Full Backup of your device with these application

b) Enable USB debugging mode on your device, read the guide here how to enable USB debugging mode.

c) Download and install Samsung Drivers from here.

How to Manually Update Galaxy S3 GT I9300 with Official Jellybean 4.2.2 XXUFME7 Firmware

Step 1. First download the latest Android 4.2.2 I9300XXUFME7 Jelly Bean leak firmware for Samsung Galaxy S3 to the computer and extract it on your desktop to update your Galaxy S3.

Step 2. Now Download the ODIN flash tool on your desktop and extract the same on your desktop, you have to run this ODIN application on your PC to update your device with the latest firmware.

Step 3.
Now turn off your Samsung Galaxy S3 mobile and enter in into download mode, to do this Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons and when a triangle appears on the phone screen. after that hit the Power button again to continue to enter Download Mode.

Step 4. Now you device is in download mode to flash the new firmware, now run the ODIN application and connect your device to PC with USB cable and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin. Now from the ODIN scree click the PDA button and browse the firmware file “I9300XXUFME7_I9300OXAFME7_I9300XXUFME7_HOME.tar.md5” that you downloaded on before on Step 1. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked on the ODIN application.

Step 5. Now hit the “Start” button from the ODIN screen and these will start the update process on your device.

Note: If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc) Boot your Galaxy S 3 into recovery mode (Home+ Power + Volume Up) Then from the recovery menu choose to wipe/factory reset. (This will delete all of your data including your device internal SD card). After that choose reboot and you should be good to go.
