Install TWRP Recovery On Oneplus 3

Step 2. Install and Setup ADB file from the above link ” SETUP ADB & FASTBOOT DRIVERS ON PC” And you will see the ADB folder on your Windows C Drive.
Step 3. Download the TWRP recovery from here, rename the file to recovery.img and place in the ADB folder that you created above.
Step 4. Now boot your phone in fastboot mode to flash the recovery file. To do this, First turn off your phone and Press Volume Up + Power keys for a few seconds till you see some text on the screen. This is Bootloader Mode.
