c) Make sure that your HTC One battery is full charge or near about 60-70% battery level.
d) Download the Latest HTC One drivers on your PC and install it to start the update process. You need these drivers to connect your device with the computer to follow this guide.

Step 3. Connect you phone to the PC via USB cable and move both the downloaded files on your device.
Step 4. Switch off your phone and Boot into recovery mode. To do this Press and hold Volume Down button then press the Power button to switch on your phone and release it, but keep holding the Volume Down button. Now you HTC one will boot into Bootloader mode.
Step 5. Once your device in Bootloader mode. Select the recovery Mode and Press the power button to go on Recovery Mode.
Step 6. Now you are on the ClockworkMod Recovery main menu. From here first Select Wipe data/Factory reset and after that Wipe cache partition.
Step 7. Now Select the Install zip » Choose zip from sdcard. Now first Flash the ROM file First-m7tmo.zip and After that Google App package on your device.
Step 8. Once the setup process is finished, go back to the recovery main menu and select the Option “reboot system now” to reboot your phone.
