Guide to Install Google Edition Android Stock ROM on HTC One
Step 1. Download the Stock Android ROM for HTC one here. Once the download is complete on your desktop, copy the same on your HTC one SD card.
Step 2. Now Switch off your HTC one Android phone to start the process, Boot your HTC One into Recovery by pressing the Power and Volume down buttons, and do a factory reset/wipe data from the custom recovery option.
Step 3. After this go to the Install ZIP From SD Card from recovery and Choose ZIP From SD Card, and flash the Stock Android ROM for HTC one package that you copped on Step 1.
