c) Make sure that your Galaxy S3 battery is full charge or near about 60-70% battery level.

d) Download the Latest Samsung USB drivers on your PC and install it to start the update  process. You need these drivers to connect your device with the computer to follow this guide.

How to Root Android 4.3 on Galaxy S3 I9300

Note: Read All the instructions very carefully and read the entire tutorial first before actually performing it on your Galaxy S3 I9300. Below mention tutorial is only for Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 model. Please don’t try this on any other variants of the phone.

Step 1. Download for Galaxy S3 on your desktop and extract the folder on your desktop.

Step 2. Download the ODIN flash tool here and extract the folder on your desktop. You have to use this application to flash the root package on your device.

Step 3. Turn of your S3 phone and boot the device in download mode. To do this press and hold the Volume Down key, Home button, and Power button. You should see a warning triangle sign, press Volume Up to continue.

Step 4. Once your device in download mode, connect your phone to pc via USB cable and Run the ODIN application on your desktop.

Step 5. Now select the root package file that you have to flash/install on your phone. These files are to be found from the extracted file in Step 1. Click on ‘PDA’ and select the file CF-Root-SGS3-v6.4.tar.

And make sure that Auto Reboot and F.Reset Time checkboxes are selected in Odin. Also, ensure the Re-Partition option in Odin is not selected.

Step 6. Now click on the Start button in ODIN to start the root process.

Step 7. Once the update process is finished on your device you will see the a PASS message with green background on the ODIN application

Now you can disconnect your device from the computer and your device is rooted now. In case at the time of restart your device stuck on Android loop or stuck on Android boot screen, then follow this guide to come out of Android loop.
