How to Root Samsung Galaxy Gear SmartWatch

Step 1. Download the Samsung ADB drivers here and install it on your desktop.

Step 2. Download the Saurik’s Cydia Impactor from here and extract the folder on your desktop.

Step 3. After downloading the both files, go to your Samsung Galaxy Gear watch settings and enable ADB.

Step 4. Now Connect your Watch to the computer and let it install all the drivers it needs.

. Once the drivers are installed, Open the Cydia Impactor that you downloaded don Step 2 and run the Impactor.exe file. (The default “# drop SuperSU su to /system/xbin/su” is what you need)

Step 6. Click start and wait for sometime to finish the root process.

Once the process completes, the device will still look normal, but is fully rooted. You must then install SuperSU or Superuser. No Your Samsung Galaxy Gear is rooted.
