Steps to Install a Custom ROM on Galaxy S4
Step 1. Download the Custom ROM and Google Apps package on your desktop (Use Google Apps package only if you installing an AOSP, CM or AOKP based custom ROM. You need not flash Google Apps package on stock TouchWiz based ROMs). After that copy both the Files on your SD card of your device.
Step 2. Now turn off your device, after that boot up your device in to recovery mode.
